Multi-Millionaire Donald Trump Gets Served by MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell

I recall Donald saying he would show the numbers to prove he is a billionaire if Obama showed his birth certificate.  What happened?  Why is he not being held accountable by the press when he pals around with them?
